Job Responsibilities
Personal Assistant to Director of Medical, Legal, Quality & Sustainability.
Carry out administrative work on behalf of Director of Medical, Legal, Quality & Sustainability.
Acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Director of Medical, Legal, Quality & Sustainability.
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Reminding the Director of Medical, Legal, Quality & Sustainability of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, minutes of meeting and correspondence.
Managing databases and filings.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers, interviewees, and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
Miscellaneous task to support Director of Medical, Legal, Quality & Sustainability which vary according to the requirements e.g.: Completing Clinical Performance Indicators, KPI’s etc.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Secretarial or Health Care Related.
Minimum 1 year experience
Discretion and trustworthiness
Flexibility and adaptability
Good Oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
The ability to be proactive and the initiative.
A knowledge of standard software packages eg: Microsoft and the ability to learn company -specific software if required
