What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Prepare certification & factory audit documents within scheduled timeframes.
  • Assist with local and overseas factory and product audits.
  • Travel overseas for work (with extra allowance & bonus) to countries such as China, Korea, Japan, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain and record license expiry dates.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Diploma or higher education
  • Language Skills: English, BM, Mandarin (to follow up with China factory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
