Customer Service – Customer Facing (Call Centre & Customer Service)

RM 2,400 – RM 2,500 per month
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Respond to customer’s inquiry.
2. Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch target
4. Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties
5. Prospect our services to walk-in customers
6. Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
1. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
2. Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
3. Preferably with sales or customer service experience from retail industry
4. Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
5. Willing to relief at another branch or transfer to another branch
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
