  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of the sewerage customer database for the purpose of achieving the revenue and collection target of the department.
  • Verification of enquiries, requests or complaints made by customers or any individual in relation to IWK’s services in ensuring the completeness of the customer enquiries, requests or complaints within the allocated level of service (LOS) and meeting customer satisfaction.
  • Handling any amendment or adjustment related to customer enquiries, requests or complaints in consistent and effective approach within the allocated level of service (LOS). 
  • Assist superiors on the implementation of departmental plans and business strategies in line with the corporate vision and mission of Indah Water Konsortium.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management or related field from a recognised University.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in database management.
  • Ability to conduct on-job training.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office.
