Serve as the first point of contact for user seeking any technical assistance.
Provide technical support and maintenance including software, hardware and connection issues on desktop, laptop, printer, photocopier, biometric reader, CCTV, projector and screen, video conferencing system, speaker mic, other IT devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and identity hardware, software and connection issues and able to provide solutions in a timely manner and able to prevent issues from re-occurring.
• Carry out periodic hardware and software audit on all company desktop, laptop, smartphone, tablets and electronic devices, ensure all hardware and devices are sighted and in the possession of the person assigned.
• Report any faulty hardware, unlicensed software or any inconsistency immediately.
• Liaise with supplier or vendor on any repair and maintenance of faulty hardware and software.
• Liaise with IT team member to complete assigned tasks.
• Support multiple site offices.
• Minimum Professional diploma, Advance diploma in IT or related field.
• Prefer 3-5 years of experience in IT support role.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Not resistant to support all levels of management, staff and visitor.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Own transport is preferred.
