Admin Assistant – KUALA LUMPUR

  • Manage the department’s expenditure reimbursement.
  • Organize and maintain file systems, and assist with generating scheduled reports.
  • Create and distribute various documents, including forms, emails, notes, letters, and faxes.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are current and functional.
  • Coordinate with executives and assistants to address senior managers’ requests and inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer tools and software, such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (system is primarily in Mandarin).
  • Available to work 5.5 days per week.
