Job Description: We are seeking for a document controller typically involves managing, organizing, and controlling documents throughout various stages of their lifecycle and familiar with payroll administration task within an organization.

Job Responsibilities: 
1. Document Management
Maintain and update production-related documents, including but not limited to, production schedules, work orders, quality control reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all documents are correctly labeled, filed, and stored in both physical and electronic formats.

2. Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all production documents comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Regularly review and audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.

3. Coordination and Communication
Collaborate with production teams to gather, update, and distribute necessary documents.
Serve as the point of contact for document-related inquiries and issues.
Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and best practices.

4. Payroll Processing
Collect and verify employee timekeeping data, attendance records, and other relevant information for payroll processing.
Calculate and process payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
Prepare and distribute paychecks or electronic transfers to employees.

5. Records Management
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies regarding payroll administration.

6. Reporting and Communication
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities as required.
Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees promptly and professionally.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
-Experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in document control and payroll administration, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
-Proficient in document management systems and payroll software.
-Speak good mandarin as these personnel will be the point of contact with the counter part from China, Headquarter.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
