E-Commerce Sales and Market Growth

  • Manage Brands in marketplace – Lazada, Shopee SIngapore and own website Adobe Commerce- Magento.
  • Maintenance and regular updating of online sales channels – e-commerce website and marketplace store fronts.
  • Daily operations of e-commerce website and marketplace store fronts
  • Listing and updating of products. Monitoring of stock movement.
  • Assisting in monthly sales reports and analysis
  • Establish timelines and manage production, execution and accuracy of content across all channels
  • Monitor and analyse consumer data on platform and performance against traffic. 
  • Work closely with Marketing Team for various content marketing activities
  • Establish and work closely with marketplaces Key Account person on Joint Business 

E-Commerce Operations

  • Order fulfilment process.
  • Work closely with brand merchandisers on products and inventory to improve the overall sales and fulfilment rate.
  • Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, promotion, stocks level, layout, Banner images, copywriting etc are up to date and available-to-sell.
  • Other related operational tasks such as logistics-related matters to ensure smooth running flow for the e-commerce business.
  • Attend to customer service enquiries (Lazada, Shopee live chat & Facebook messenger) pertaining to product exchange, customer login issue and delivery status
  • Other Ecommerce operation duties that is required as instructed by manager.


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, eCommerce/Digital Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 1-2 years of eCommerce experience managing in house B2C and/or marketplace platform (Lazada, Shopee) would be an advantage.
  • Good command of English; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Self- driven, able to manage multiple tasks in tight time frames when required. 
  • Independent and able to explore e-commerce platforms without much supervision.
  • Reports to Regional Ecommerce Manager
  • Having experience in E- Commerce is a MUST for this position.
