Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of general administrative and secretarial support to the superior in managing their electronic diary, the organization of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files.
- Follow-up action on matters that fall within the superior’s responsibility.
- Manage superior travel arrangements and claims.
- Assist superior to follow-up on matters relating to interdepartmental issues.
- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondences and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the superior.
- Provide a smooth communication between the Internal and external Stakeholders. Work closely and effectively with the team and keep the team well informed of upcoming program and updated.
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative works assigned as and when required.
Experience/ Skills requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Candidate should possess strong organizational and administration skills in a multi-tasking environment.
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools – Microsoft Office.
- Team players with positive attitude, enthusiastic and motivated.
- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills English to communicate easily with International Warehouse Team.
- Independent and equip with strong problem skillsets.
- Knowledge and ability of record keeping methods, keyboarding, and preparation of correspondence.
- Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
