Job Responsibilities:

  • To fully responsible on matters relating to HR/Admin Department.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications for all positions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, compensation & etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits , including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement.
  • Manage the HR department budget.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in a fast-growing company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
