Job Responsibilities:
- To fully responsible on matters relating to HR/Admin Department.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications for all positions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, compensation & etc.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits , including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement.
- Manage the HR department budget.
- Any other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in a fast-growing company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
