Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor attendance and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days

Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.

Control all stationaries and medicine.

Assist and issuing company uniform, smock and safety vest.

Prepare workshop requisition and purchase requisition as directed.

Maintain strict confidentiality in all areas of HR & Admin.

Assist in employee’s welfare implementation and maintaining good industrial relation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Liaise with external parties e.g. government authorities when necessary.

Perform assigned administration tasks.

Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the superior / HOD as and when required from time to time.


Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration / Management or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing background.

Able to work under pressure and willingness to learn.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.

Able to speak Mandarin will add advantages.
