RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month
- Ability to work individually or in a team and follow the instruction of their supervisor.
- Assist to research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors.
- Update databases and customer records.
- Assisting sales department in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and delivery arrangements.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivery and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Preparing delivery schedules and maintaining accurate delivery logs.
- Arrange travel accommodation and flight booking etc.
- To ensure that proper documentation and communication procedures are adhered to in accordance with the company’s operation policies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ability to solve problem creative and effectively.
- To prepare and key in monthly claims, reports, payment request, others approver request
- To key in data/records in system and do proper filling system
- Assist in daily and general administrative tasks, documents, etc.
- To carry the ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Logistic Admin/ Sale Admin/ Operation Admin
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is a must.
- Candidates fluent in Chinese preferred as role requires candidate to filing in Chinese System.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Hard-working and responsible
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Location: Kuala Lumpur.
