Admin Executive – SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR

  • RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 per month

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain documentation, including filing, and data entry, to uphold organizational efficiency.
  • To perform other administrative duties or ad hoc assignments when required.
  • In-charge for hostels and office maintenance, including cleanliness, office equipment, office supplies for stationery & refreshment, sanitization, set-up the meeting rooms etc if required.
  • Maintenance of incoming & outgoing correspondences.
  • Gather monthly reports, and compiling data. 
  • Assist in ad-hoc requests and assignments from the superior.

Project Coordination:

  • Issuing of PO, DO, WO, Invoices, Packing List, etc.
  • Assist the sales team in processing orders and preparing necessary certification for customers.
  • Follow up on all purchase orders and deliveries for the client.
  • Track the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Work closely with the logistic company for smooth on time delivery.
  • Knowledge of import and export documentation – added advantage.
  • Arrange transportation for local / outstation.
  • Control warehouse in/out stock.


  • Diploma/degree/professional certificate – minimum 2 years working experience.
  • MS Word & Excel is a must, MS PowerPoint – added advantage.
  • Experience in logistic and supply chain – added advantage.
  • Multi-tasking, flexible, self-starter, initiative, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, driven, and trustworthy. 
  • Developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
