  • To handling warranty claim process daily routine. 
  • To handling warranty payment to dealers monthly routine. 
  • To handling free service payment to dealers monthly routine. 
  • To audit and analysis dealers warranty process, ability, and requirements. 
  • To support dealers on warranty & DMS workflow process training. 
  • To assist on CRM, WCWL, and social media customer inquiry. 
  • To assist on workflow process of recall campaign and promotion events. 
  • To assist on new model service booklet & user manual booklet. 
  • To assist for communicate with Chery international relative PIC for all inquiry.  


  • Well knowing of usage Microsoft Excel and computer.
  • Can create report data using Excel. 
  • Can create Powerpoint. 
  • English, Malay and Mandarin are required for this position.
