Responsibilities:
- To handling warranty claim process daily routine.
- To handling warranty payment to dealers monthly routine.
- To handling free service payment to dealers monthly routine.
- To audit and analysis dealers warranty process, ability, and requirements.
- To support dealers on warranty & DMS workflow process training.
- To assist on CRM, WCWL, and social media customer inquiry.
- To assist on workflow process of recall campaign and promotion events.
- To assist on new model service booklet & user manual booklet.
- To assist for communicate with Chery international relative PIC for all inquiry.
Requirements:
- Well knowing of usage Microsoft Excel and computer.
- Can create report data using Excel.
- Can create Powerpoint.
- English, Malay and Mandarin are required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
