Human Resource Executive (Fresh Graduate/Immediate Joiner) – KOTA DAMANSARA, SELANGOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in payroll operation and employee movement which includes monitoring of employee confirmation and contract status.
- Administer compensations & benefits documentation for payment processes and any renewal when required.
- Maintain and keep track of recruitment tracker, as well as employee in and out movement.
- Supporting onboarding process for new hires, documentation, orientation, and training arrangement.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior and/or the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess bachelor’s degree in human resources management, psychology, business administration or its equivalent.
- Preferably fresh graduate with result minimum second upper class and above.
- Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin language would be advantages.
- Excellent quality of integrity in compliance with laws and regulations, fairness and ensure personal information are kept confidential.
- Possess knowledge of HR technical skills which includes Employment Act 1955, recruitment, and payroll would be an added advantage.
