Job description:

  • Attending to and managing the day-to-day operations of the business;
  • Monitoring the service skills and standards of the technicians.
  • Providing customers services to customers.
  • Handling of complaints from customers.
  • Leading meetings of technicians for training and briefing; and

Job responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales calls (primarily by cold calls) persistently for new businesses
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing full process of sales cycle
  • Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate solutions, confidently conducting product and service presentations
