Job description:
- Attending to and managing the day-to-day operations of the business;
- Monitoring the service skills and standards of the technicians.
- Providing customers services to customers.
- Handling of complaints from customers.
- Leading meetings of technicians for training and briefing; and
Job responsibilities:
- Conducting sales calls (primarily by cold calls) persistently for new businesses
- Building strong customer relationships and managing full process of sales cycle
- Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate solutions, confidently conducting product and service presentations
