Account and Admin Assistant

  • RM 2,800 – RM 3,500 per month


  • Assist in preparing various financial documents, including invoices, bills, PO and bank statements, to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience with working on AutoCount & Excel.
  • Organise and update company HR and administrative related records and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll management preparation and payment.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently to support our financial operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, Office email and document management to ensure efficient office operations.


  • Pleasant personality, able to work independently and blends well in a team.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin.
  • Working days: Monday-Friday
  • Working hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • Office Location: Kepong, Bandar Manjalara, KL.
