Job Overview:
As an intern you will support and assist the E-commerce team in online business growth by optimizing the online purchase experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
Assist with optimization for our E-commerce platforms, such as: internal searches, homepage, sport page, category page, product page, size guide of www.Decathlon.my, Mobile app, Shopee & Lazada.
Assist the team in any activities to Drive Sales, Improve Traffic & Conversion rate.
Track the performance of different steps of customer journey, involved in analyzing performance to drive daily sales.
Requirements:
Must be Sportive/ Sports Enthusiast.
A self-motivated and result-oriented individual, demonstrating proactive drive, and consistently delivers tangible outcomes through focused effort and accountability.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) is essential. Other languages is a plus.
Someone with a good analytical mind, where dissecting information, recognizing trends, and drawing meaningful insights would be an advantage.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce/Business/Marketing or related field.
Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop would be a great advantage.
