Key Responsibilities :
- Overall in-charges , review and process Sea Export / Import transactions
- Coordinate with shippers for timely cargo and document submission for Exports.
- Coordinate with consignees for delivery of Import cargo.
- Prepare and execute documents. (Bill of Ladings, Manifest, Billing Invoices, EDI data, etc)
- Understand the department process flow, Monitor and Improve efficiency.
- Work with the team to understand and comply with SOP, to maintain high level of customer service.
- Take additional responsibilities / tasks when required by the organization.
- Maintaining weekly Status Reports to monitor and manage exceptions (if any).
Requirements :
- Energetic, Self-motivated, Positive Attitude, Organized.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Training is provided
- Ability to corresponds by emails with international customers
- Written and spoken (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Good Interpersonal Skills, Ability to multitask
- Preferably serving currently customer service Officer specialized in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
