Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our friendly team which includes 2 Chiropractors. We are a growing practice and see a variety of clients including athletes, professionals, elderly & families including pregnant women and babies.

We utilise a paperless system, have online bookings and have a nice modern, yet relaxing working environment. 


– Full time position of 42 hours

– Must be available on weekends

– Must be fluent in English (multilingual person preferred, but not essential)

– Able to work well in a team

– Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative 

  • Maintain and update maintenance information and documentation on a daily basis.
  • Transfer information from paper to electronic system in the near future for all fillings and records.
  • Generate departmental reports on a monthly basis.
  • Generate and administrate maintenance team daily work orders report.
  • Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting & support of business operations within a department.
  • Assist in sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure all office equipment and working environment are well maintained and kept in a clean and safe manner.
  • Managing office inventory and working with staffs to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
  • Performs all other related tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Management. 

  2. Resource Management

  • Create, maintain, and keep an accurate and complete record of documents and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain contacts database to ensure it is up to date.
  • To take necessary action to ensure job knowledge is constantly updated to meet professional organizational needs.

 3. Facilities Management

  • Responsible to ensure adequate facilities and equipment are available.
  • Ensures department meets environment of care requirements on an ongoing basis.

  4. Others

  • Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.

Education/Professional Qualifications:

Minimum SPM or similar qualifications.


According to qualifications and experience. We provide attractive remuneration package; inclusive of basic salary, SOCSO, EPF, allowances. 

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. This is an immediate start position.
