Admin Assistant – KUALA LUMPUR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation in the office. The Administrative Assistant will assist the management by supporting them with coordination and resolving administrative issues. If you’re ready to be an essential part of our team, apply now!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle office maintenance, ensure office equipment is well-maintained and fully functional, (e.g.: photostat machine, water dispenser, telephone, stationeries, etc.)
  • Assist to sourcing, research, compare in various aspect including but not limited to office upkeep, stationeries, services, equipment, exhibition etc 
  • Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and review the quality of purchased products.
  • Oversee cleaning contractor and cleanliness of the whole premise
  • Assist with office asset management, including maintaining the office asset list, tagging of new assets, checking, and replacing old tags, identifying damaged assets for repair and old assets for disposal.
  • Assist in any administrative tasks as assigned by superior.

     

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Fresh-graduate / Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal (English & BM). Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will be added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
