Admin Assistant – SUBANG, SELANGOR

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Filing, faxing & photocopying.
  • Handle queries via phone and email.
  • Manage outgoing and receiving courier.
  • Handling dispatch & cleaner.
  • Renewal of company operation licenses and maintenance service agreement.
  • Maintains stock lists and orders for office and warehouse supplies as needed.
  • Liase with building maintenance for office and warehouse maintenance (e.g.: Aircond, Coway, plumbing and etc).
  • Ensure proper flow of general office operations and support different departments by carrying out common office duties.
  • Help any other administrative problem from time to time.
  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

1. Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Proven experience in administrative roles.

4. Proficiency in MS Office.

5. Communication with all employee level.

6. Fast learner.
