CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – CHERAS BATU 9, SELANGOR
Requirements
- To handle customer inquiries.
- To attend to incoming calls and give necessary assistance when required.
- To maintain and update customer inquiries in listing.
- To provide documentations support to customers.
- To perform special tasks upon request from management.
- To coordinate with colleagues at all times to enable smooth operation and instill team spirit to enhance productivity with minimum supervision.
- Attending to inbound calls coming in through the dedicated toll free line.
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints and provide appropriate resolution services in a consistent and professional manner.
- To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring all inquiries are answered.
- Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- able to work on alternate Saturday half day
Responsibility
- Supporting all sales quotation and project list updates.
- To work closely with the sales team on customer new job.
- To handle the smooth operations for technical department.
- Able to resolve problems concerning appointment with customer.
- able to manage junior customer service under your supervision.
