Human Resource Executive – RAWANG, SELANGOR
Responsibilities:
- Conduct study and analysis on remuneration package vs general & Automotive market
- Manage and provide recommendations concerning policies, practices and compensation that related to other conditions of employment
- Coordinate annual activities on [performance appraisal, bonus increment and promotion and upgrading exercise
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedure based on approved changes.
- Responsible for guiding Supervisors/Group Leaders and employees in the effective resolution of grievances, disciplinary issues and in eliminating causes of employee dissatisfaction and administration of disciplinary procedures.
- Process grievances promptly to minimise distortion of information. Determines the cause of employee’s dissatisfaction and effectively resolve the grievance within the specific period of time.
- Represent and speak for the Company conciliation and arbitration proceedings at Labour Offices.
- Counsel and advise all levels of Supervisors/Group Leaders to assist them fairly, objectively and consistently in decision making as they carry out their duties and administer policies and practices.
- Conduct briefing for new recruits and keep the new recruits fully informed on the disciplinary procedure and their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Human Resource or equivalent
- Possess high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of company’s and personnel confidential matters and information at all times
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good command of English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
