Operation Executive – KL CITY ECO – KUALA LUMPUR
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Calculate the driver commission based on the scheme given.
- Data analysis (including daily shipping data, daily inventory table, warehouse error and omission data, warehouse inbound and outbound data, order analysis, costing calculation and etc.)
- Knowledgeable in various delivery channels, operations methods, delivery progress, delivery issues, handling customer complaints and monitoring KPIs
- Ensure all document are in mannerly order and update from time to time.
- Perform any ad-hoc task required by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Diploma or Degree in Operation, Logistics or any equivalent academic qualifications.
- Multi-tasking and positive working attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Must have the initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn
- Chinese or Mandarin speaker
- Candidate who possess their own transport will be added advantage
