Customer Support Officer -PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

Actually Fashion (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is the authorized distributor for international outdoor & lifestyle brands including Fjallraven, KEEN footwear, Chums, Outdoor Products and many more. We operate 2 retail stores in Malaysia located at Pavilion, KL & 1 Utama. 

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer, or CSO, whom will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems and complaint that our end customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. You shall be servicing 2 of our current active market, mainly Malaysia & Singapore; which will be on online basis and occasionally offline.

You’ll be based at our office at Phileo Damansara 1, Petaling Jaya


  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives on a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order-related issues, and general inquiries.
  • To monitor and liaise with marketplace third party partners, ensuring all complaints and queries are responded on time. 
  • Prepare Monthly Merchandise Report and Insights Analytics.
  • Maintaining a high standard of service at all time.
  • Assist in uploading new product listings onto our e-commerce platform.
  • Be able to communicate clearly about products and services.
  • Be willing to learn new things quickly.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. 
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills as well as telephone etiquette skills
