Finance Analyst – RAWANG, SELANGOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly cash flow of ACISB for top management.
- Prepare monthly purchasing detailed report and provide analysis of trends.
- Monitor working capital facilities utilization.
- Prepare analysis of monthly expenditure variance, gap analysis, and strategy
- Prepare financial ratio analysis for ACISB and subsidiaries and provide insights based on the ratios.
- Propose action plan to enhance profitability of ACISB and subsidiaries
- Identify internal and external risks and propose mitigating steps.
- Prepare detailed sales analysis for ACISB.
- Perform market work analysis in accordance group compliance criteria.
- Evaluate capital expenditure and funding requirements.
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
- Validation of information / input in the monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in Group budget and forecast preparation.
- Any requests for analysis, commentary, data retrieval from system
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
SKILL / ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, organised, and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Experience in financial analysis, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various departments
- A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently.
- A creative thinker who can break down complex problems into smaller solvable parts.
