Outlet Executive – BANDAR SUNWAY, SELANGOR
Responsibilities
- To handle and monitor the assigned outlet.
- To solve the issue facing by outlet and ensure smooth operation in the assigned outlet.
- Promo and recommend company products to outlet customer.
- Provide briefing and training to outlet staff.
- Maintain and establish good working relationship with customer and supplier.
- To ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Carry out sales activities, to develop new accounts and distribution channels for target and market growth.
- Support Head of Department in monthly outlet sales planning and sales report.
- Any other related duties assigned by HOD as when required.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Food Beverage, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel, or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in FB or related field is required for this position.
- Required Language(s): English and (Bahasa Melayu)
- Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
- Patient in handling customer service.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- A good team player with positive working attitude.
