MEDICAL CLAIMS OFFICER – (To Work Night Shift From 7pm – 7am) – KLANG, SELANGOR
Job Description:
- Accurately process on hospital admissions and discharges based on the customers’ Health insurance policies and in accordance to the Company’s SOP
- Reading and understanding all admission and discharge related notes and reports
- Follow through and communicate with customers and panel hospitals pertaining to admissions and discharges
- Deal with all service requests, queries, and instruction promptly, accurately and within the company’s specified time frames
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma, preferably with science background
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply and will be considered.
- Candidates with relevant working experience at TPAs and / or Customer Service will be given priority.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Working 4 day’s a week.
- Able to work night shift from 7.00pm until 7.00am daily.
