IT Support Executive – KUALA LUMPUR


  • Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
  • Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
  • Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
  • In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC 


  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
  • Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
  • Motivated in problem solving
  • Able to work as a team and independently
