Executive/ Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Demand Planning – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR
Demand Planning:
- Deploy demand planning process for end market, regional and global.
- Deploy demand planning process and its continuous improvement to end market and regional business cycle.
- Support process governance for demand planning for end market and region to ensure compliance with demand planning process.
- Lead development of scenario analysis, provide business recommendations that will propagate growth and provide early indication on market changes/ risk.
- Build business networks between local, regional, and global SCM, and Sales and Marketing to understand the demand forecasting drivers and market insights.
- Continuously challenge for effective forecast model usage with relevant data analysis.
- Propose forecasts based on inventory rules according to the demand and market trends.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Continuously support Third Party Customer business activities.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP):
- Participate in Demand Review Meetings for regional and global-driven business units.
- Deploy and continuously develop demand planning processes within the end market and region for process harmonization.
- Provide a necessary framework for continuous review of business performance.
- Deploy demand planning processes across the region and be the first point of contact for countries.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Must have at least 3 years of minimum related working experience.
- Must be able to lead the demand forecasting/planning with the commercial team.
- Able to lead or be part of S&OP with the commercial team.
- Able to analyze the current process and work on the process improvement.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, Presentation (Able to do data analysis & present to multiple stakeholders).
- Experience in Project management across different functions/other countries.
- Good to have experience in ERP systems: SAP SD/MM, APO.
- Experience in Integrated Business Planning is preferred.
- Able to create Power BI or visualized dashboard is an advantage.
