IT Support Executive – KUALA LUMPUR
Responsibilities:
- Provide first tier IT support for office and shop users, including PCs, Notebooks, communication devices and other peripherals.
- Software and Hardware Installation, ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
- Provide remote support for oversea office and shop users.
- Ensure a smooth POS system operation in the stores.
- Occasional remote support for the stores to resolve critical IT issue during the weekend or public holidays.
- Liaise with users and/or other IT team members to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- University graduate or High Diploma holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
- 2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with right attitude will be considered.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/network, printer, WIFI Router and Windows server.
- Adept at providing helpdesk support and user training.
- Ability to Work independently and as a team player.
- Good communication skills in written English with verbal capability in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
