Fitter- Industrial Services – SHAH ALAM / SUBANG , SELANGOR
Min Qualification:
- Upper Secondary education with pass in SPM/MCE
- Certificate in MLVK intermediate or equivalent
- Good knowledge of PC operation – Ms. Office.
Min Experience:
- Have 2 years working experience as Technical Operators
- Familiar with “Process” principle of the plant
- Familiar with Filling & Packing Equipment operation
Job Description:
- To execute the Daily activities of the maintenance tasks in assigned area(s).
- To ensure the safe, effective, efficient, and reliable continuous plant operation through maintenance and repair of the assigned facilities and equipment.
- The working standards are measure in terms of QUALITY, SPEED, COST and PEOPLE.
- To ensure 100% compliance with PMO3 and PMO2.
- To ensure periodic servicing of air compressors.
- To ensure periodic servicing of pumps.
- To ensure compliance with 5s and TPM set by management.
- To ensure total compliance of any instructions or directions from management.
- Lead any supplier job done in work area (SA & CG Boiler house, air compressor room, WWTP, waste area and refrigerant plant).
- Responsible in issuing work related permits and ensuring safety compliance with any repair/replacement/service/upgrading jobs.
