Admin Executive (Urgent Hiring) – KUALA LUMPUR
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with sales & marketing department related to the sales documentation
- Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into system
- Follow up/ liaise with related department to ensure the loan application is on time.
- Ensure the weekly loan status report to update in a timely manner.
- Ensure all the enquiries, correspondences and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
- To support agents by providing relevant information relating to development.
- Perform office -based administrative duties only.
- Perform any task assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Proficiently handling message replies and phone calls with a focus on timely responsiveness
Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Coordination skill, follow up abilities, attentive to details, sense of responsibility
- Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Fluent in MANDARIN preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Must have meticulous attitude at work and fast learning skills.
- 6 working days
- Able to work on weekend (alternate weekend)
- Able to work from home during duty on alternate weekend
