Job Objectives: As a Call Centre Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition targets through our Telesales Channel. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, training, and managing a team of Telesales Representatives to deliver exceptional results. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process and onboard new Telesales Representatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the telesales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to enhance sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with the field delivery team to drive sales conversion and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely issuance of cases and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct call quality monitoring and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a sales team, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff in challenging situations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record of driving financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for sustainability.
- Hands-on approach with a keen interest in operational efficiency.
