Industrial Relations (IR), Executive – TUN RAZAK EXCHANGE KUALA LUMPUR

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace concerns and conflicts.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Mediate between conflicting parties to find fair and constructive resolutions.
  • Assist in conducting and involve in domestic inquiry.
  • Draft documents including but not limited to letters, minutes, and reports.
  • Responsible to liaise and handle HR-related matters with governmental / authority departments such as Department of Labour (JTK).
  • Collaborate with various of stakeholders to ensure compliance with labour law.
  • To handle any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Law Studies or equivalent.
  •  At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Industrial Relations or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and any other relevant laws.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
