Assistant Admin Manager – JOHOR
Responsibilities :
- Full spectrum of human resource management and administration with emphasis on employee relations, payroll, training, staff benefits, performance and reward systems.
- Manage and handle all business dealing with company secretary, government agencies, payments and claims.
- Prepare monthly staff attendance (leave management & OT verification) & maintain employee’s records.
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Oversea the daily upkeeping of office.
- Any other ad-hoc prrojects and task pas per management requirement.
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum with 2 years of relevant working experience at managerial level preferable in Construction, Trading, or its related industry.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good writing and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Fresh graduated are welcome for assistant position(s)
