Job Descriptions:
- To identify and execute growth opportunities in the company by looking for projects and other partnership opportunities.
- To evaluate market forecast and long-term trends, collect competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional business processes and maintain business model innovation.
- Develops and execute strategies to accomplish financial growth in the company.
- Develop strategic plan by collaborating with the leadership team.
- Collaborating with CFO to develop a capital plan in line with the strategy.
- Identify risks and minimize risks.
- Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
- Provide effective communications with stakeholders on the implementation of the strategies.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by supervisor or management as and when required.

The successful candidate will be confident in leading the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. The candidate must possess the requirements below:
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional Degree/ Master Degree in Business Admin/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of strategic experience in a similar environment, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Attitude: Value driven and good work ethic.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated in achieving results.
- Passion: Highly interested in broader purpose of corporate strategy.
- Problem-solving skills in order to identify problems evaluate options and execute solutions.
- Time management skills to manage the timeline of the strategic initiatives.
