Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Working experience in sales/call center/retail/insurance are encouraged to apply.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills(Oral and Written)
- Highly adaptable to a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work during weekends and holidays( Will be able to work from home during weekends and holidays)
- Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written).
Responsibilities
- Explain company products to client.
- Assist the customer in placing order.
- Learn about products and services and describe clearly to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to make friends with customers.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
