HR and Admin Assistant – CYBERJAYA MALAYSIA
Job duties:
HR Assistant
- Form and maintain employee records
- Responsible for monitoring and managing employees’ attendance, planned and unplanned leaves
- Assist in recruitment procedures : interviewing, resume searches, placing job postings online, administering tests, sending interview invitations and rejection emails
- Prepare and amend necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Work with management in reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Process payroll using the system and manage employees’ claims
- Arrange training courses for employees, also applying for HRDC grant application
- Prepare performance appraisal documents
Admin Assistant
- Manage director’s diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Set up laptop and arrange necessary documents for new employees
- Report to vendor maintenance support, i.e., VoIP, email server, laptop issue, internet connection, and any other IT issue when needed
- Seek quotations from suppliers for office matters
- Supervise cleaner’s cleaning schedule
- Manage and track employees’ birthday and holiday
- Track and purchase F&B, toiletries, and supplies for pantry
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (HR)
- Detailed-oriented, Process-oriented
- Skills: Organization, computer literacy, communication, payroll, recruitment
- Knowledge in Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act
