Job Description
- Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
- Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
- Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
- Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line / clients
- Attend to all clients’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries
- Responsive to internal and external customers call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Mandarin Speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Able to speak and communicated in English and Mandarin.
- No experience required, willing to learn and accept new challenge.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Offered internship as well.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes
- Able to work in fast paced environment with high stress tolerance
Working Hour:
8:45am to 6pm (Mon – Fri)
8:45am to 1pm (Sat) – Once a month
