【Job Description】
- Work with Asia visual merchandising management to conduct and leverage the global materials into regional market.
- Design & Development – Responsible for All POSM & Glorifier design development from end to end. Developing the whole design concept, brands & malls’ approval, vendor quotation & implementation.
- Plan the visual merchandising layout regularly and the floor set executions.
- Project Management – Independently responsible for the overall design concept, budget, vendor, timeline and implementation.
- Liaise with suppliers and source elements.
- Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
- Responsible on local translation for POSM.
- Activation Schedule – Responsible for developing and managing the overall project schedule, make sure all activation meet the deadline given.
- Visit our stores periodically to maintain visual standards / Develop program or plan to monitor and maintain standards.
- Assist and provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising.
【Requirement】
- Relevant working experience for 3+ years.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge in using software such as Sketchup and Keyshot or other visual design tools.
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Posses experience in commercial design and some artwork samples.
- Passionate in Sports in preferred.
- Fluent in English, basic Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
