Job Description
- Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
- Provide service and solve clients’ problems through live chat, Facebook Messenger, email and phone calls.
- Coordinate and liaise customer orders with warehouse for packing and dispatch.
- Handle product’s warranty issues.
- Track and trace parcels upon customer’s requests.
- Liaise with retail outlets on order management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Knowledge in IT products and IT product technical knowledge is an added advantage.
- Required to work on weekends and shifts rotation basis
- Collage / STPM leavers are encouraged to apply
