Due to expansion, we are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following positions:
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of daily shipment coordination including the incoming and outgoing.
- Ensure all daily shipment schedule are proper planned.
- Monthly/Weekly report preparation and update.
- Liaise with Purchase/Sales/Raw Material Sorting/Store/Production to ensure the smoothly arrangement of the shipment.
- To train transport personnel in loading/unloading and vehicle operation procedures.
- Mainly doing export booking and operation with documentation part
- Prepare shipping document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance and etc.) and liaise with shipping forwarding agent
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics/Transportation or other relevant.
- Able to work independently.
- Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
- Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements.
