You will be given the opportunity to be involved in the following activities during your journey with us:
- Assist in project planning, execution & project management
- Assist in preparation of inspection checklists and ensure site inspections are carried out according to plan
- Assist joint inspections with immediate superior
- Assist in preparing reports and feedbacks related to the project in a timely manner
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with relevant sub-contractors to complete any outgoing tasks
- To assist in Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and Defect Liability Period (DLP) processes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, Architectural or equivalent
- Have a strong desire to learn & ability to work with a team
- Have knowledge in Civil/Structural, Architectural & Building Maintenance
- At least three (3) months industrial training period, please state your availability date of industrial training period
- Willing to be based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
- Required skill(s): Valid CIDB Green Card
- Urgent Hiring, best to start in Nov.
- Part Time may be available.
