Job Description :
1. Provide overall secretarial duties to the General Manager, including general administrative support.
2. Managing the database and filling systems discreetly
3. To provide extended support, follow up and track progress in the Business Development area.
4. To Take dictation and minutes of meetings and draft correspondences.
5. Work closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative and compliance functions are being properly carried in accordance to company SOP.
6. Ensure overall ISO system is maintained accordingly by respective department.
7. Handle recruitment and selection process – job description, advertisement of vacancies, shortlisting and arrangement of interview.
8. Execute ad-hoc related matter following to GM’s instruction.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience working as Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Creative in writing and able to formulate creative ideas, materials and designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent grasp in English and Malay language.
- Highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient.
- Able to read, write and converse fluently in English.
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Flexible and adapt easily to changes.
- Resourceful, great learning attitude and willing to try new tasks.
- Able to organise event and activities.
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines; have a sense of urgency for deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, Excel and Word.
