We are looking for an Application Engineer at our office in Malaysia and welcome your application.
Job Description
- Provide on-site support for testing & commissioning and troubleshooting/maintenance.
- Prepare project documents such as drawings, signal lists, operation manuals, and testing reports for PLC related products/projects.
- Configure and program PLC and SCADA systems.
- Assist with project schedule and site coordination.
- Support for IPS testing and commissioning.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager/engineer.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
- Must have own transportation with a valid driver’s license.
- This position is home-based (work-from-home), with approximately 70% of the time requiring site visits for testing/support. Candidates must be based in Johor Bahru.
Requirement
- Basic knowledge and skills in computer system.
- Basic knowledge on electrical systems.
- Familiar with SCADA system is an advantage.
- Familiar with Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Technical & Vocational Certificate or above.
