Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to emails / live chat in a timely manner, handle customer inquiries over messaging apps
- Provide professional customer service (Training will be provided)
- Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and goals
- Process orders and update worksheets
Job Requirement
- Experience with handling China client will be preferred
- No Cold Calling required
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study
- Language Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin & English
