  • Manage online platform such as handle website maintenance, uploading products and ensure completeness of data.
  • Attend customer inquiries from different online platforms.
  • Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.

  • Coordinate with packing, billing, and dispatch team/agents to update order status as well as delivery status.
